4. Input the voucher code and click āsubmitā;
5. The data package will appear in āpackagesā in your account.

Usage priority will be determined based on the purchase date of similar packages, i.e., the package with the earliest purchase date will be used first. Single-region packages have higher priority than regional packages. Additionally, you can manually adjust the priority in the mobile APP.
2. Cancellation: Packages not redeemed in the APP can be fully refunded to your account balance within 90 days. However, all vouchers and promotional coupons are non-refundable.
